Blender is a powerful 3D creation suite used to make beautiful 3D art and animations. Believe it or not a 15 year old kid created this Spiderman: Across the Spider Verse LEGO Trailer using Blender! For our aspiring coders and 3D designers, our ‘Blender Across the Spider Verse 3D Camp’ introduces them to using Python code in Blender. Python is used in Blender to automatically manipulate objects that can be animated similar to the Spiderman trailer. Kids will leave the camp with the ability to create and animate basic objects and we’ll even show them how they can 3D print their creations! Kids will need to bring a Windows or Mac laptop into this camp to participate.
