Camp hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm (WE WILL BE OFF FRIDAY, JUNE 19TH, FOR JUNETEENTH) Late Fee Policy: All campers are required to be picked up daily at 4:00 pm. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a $25.00 late fee starting at 4:01 pm. This payment will be requested and expected on the date of the incident. Needed Items: Kids MUST bring their own lunch and snacks daily Kids MUST bring a REFILABLE water bottle daily to stay hydrated, as we take plenty of water breaks. Wear athletic shorts or pants and comfortable clothing. Running shoes or sneakers are perfect. Refund Policy: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE CAMP HAS STARTED. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that the organization has not canceled must provide a request at least 14 days before the scheduled start of the season. The participant may receive 100% credit to the family account or request a full refund within two weeks before the season starts. If the refund is granted, operation fees will be deducted from the initial payment. Refunds for payments made will be received approximately 1-2 weeks after the refund is requested. Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the program.
