REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Each player must provide their own LACROSSE STICK. The stick can be no longer than 42”; a standard length for an attacker or mid-fielder position. Defensive poles and goalkeeper heads prohibited. As there is a difference in the pocket for boys and girls, players are able to use whichever style pocket they chose. Mouth guards are required for all players. Protective cups are recommended for male players. With i9 Sports ZIP Lacrosse no pads, helmets, or gloves are needed (pads & helmets are prohibited). Turf shoes (with small rubber nubs) or sneakers are recommended for the artificial turf. Molded plastic cleats (designed for dirt/grass) can get caught in the turf and cause injury.
