REFUND POLICY: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE SEASON HAS STARTED. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that the organization has not canceled must provide a request at least 14 days before the scheduled start of the season. The participant may receive 100% credit to the family account or request a full refund within two weeks before the season's scheduled start. If the refund is granted, operation fees will be deducted from the initial payment. Refunds for payments made will be received approximately 1-2 weeks after the refund is requested. Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the entire season.
