Established in November 2012, Poor Calvin's is a oasis in Downtown Atlanta offering Asian cuisine with Southern influences. Owner and chef Calvin Phan, originally from Vietnam and classically trained in Germany, serves up an innovative blending of Eastern flavors and Western techniques using the freshest ingredients. The restaurant also features an impressive in-house dessert menu including the Suspension Cake and Fuji Apple.
