Octopus Bar is chefs Angus Brown and Nhan Le. They come from different culinary backgrounds and opened Octopus in 2011 after collaborating on a supper series. They emphasize seasonal, market-driven ingredients, sourced locally and from Asian and European markets. Octopus Bar represents the intersection between a local eatery and punk rock fine dining. Menu and drinks rotate daily. Open late night Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30pm to 2:30am.
