Skilled leaders show volunteers how to safely work in outdoor locations and in order to restore a healthy environment. Participants have the option to earn greenspace stewardship certifications after participating in several volunteer events. Your role: Volunteers are needed! Instead of using toxic chemicals that harm natural places, our volunteers work with best practices that are healthiest for the environment as well as providing opportunities for great outdoors experiences and healthy exercise. Volunteers help restore natural areas in parks and greenspaces. Jobs include working with hand tools such as clippers, pruning saws, trowels, and shovels. Organized by EcoAddendum.
