Do you have a yarn project you want to complete? Are you curious about knitting, crochet, or embroidery but don't want to commit to a new venture just yet? Do you like yarn crafts and want to share your knowledge with other people? Yarn and yak is the place for you! This program is intended for adults who can direct themselves. Staff can provide encouragement, beginning materials, books, and video resources. We will provide a selection of beginner kits and materials for experimenting! If you are particularly interested in either crochet, knitting, or embroidery, we can offer you the best support if you let us know before the program. We will be sure to have appropriate materials on hand to match your interests. Registration is not required, but you will get a reminder email if you do, and we will know about how much stuff we need. Walk-ins welcome. Northside Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Atlanta, with 3:00 PM-4:00 PM.
