About
Become a VIP by joining the National Park Service's 'Volunteer-In-Parks' program by coming out to the park's National Trail Day opportunity! We’re teaming up with Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy and REI Perimeter to invite our community to get hands-on in caring for the park we all love. The day kicks off with a trail restoration workday at Island Ford where volunteers will help improve and protect heavily used sections of trail, keeping them safe, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone. Then we’ll head to REI Perimeter for a celebration with food, activities, and time to connect with fellow park supporters and volunteers.
