TheGeorgia Musicale Group(GMG) was founded in 2015 by Dr. Utako Tanigawa and was formally established as a nonprofit organization in 2016. Inspired by her return to music after a 45-year hiatus following a life-threatening illness, Dr. Tanigawa created GMG to share the transformative power of music to heal, inspire, and connect people.
