This program includes interactive retellings of delightful books and fascinating stories: Faith McNulty’s How to Dig a Hole to the Other Side of the World; tales of two paleontological pioneers, Mary Anning and Barnum Brown; Shel Silverstein’s poem “Prehistoric,”; and an imaginary tour of some of the world’s greatest archaeological wonders. There will be song, costumes, striking visuals, and plenty of participation and engagement! After the story, hang out with us and the Palmetto Fire Department to explore firetrucks and firefighting gear, take pictures, and ask firefighters questions. Palmetto Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Palmetto, with 10:30 AM-11:30 AM.
