This summer, the Dogwood Branch Library will provide access to nutritious meals for Atlanta children and teens (up to age 18) every Wednesday, beginning June 17. Starting at 1:30 PM, meals are served on-site in a safe, welcoming environment that fosters connection, enrichment, and community engagement. Each meal service is paired with fun, interactive activities—such as movies, arts and crafts, and games—designed to create an enjoyable and meaningful summer experience that supports both nourishment and learning. This program is made possible through the generous support of the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning’s Bright from the Start initiative. Meals must be consumed on-site. Dogwood Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Atlanta, with 1:15 PM-2:30 PM.
