Through interactive sessions focused on mental health, emotional resilience, nutrition, and self-esteem, teens will build mindful habits to enhance their overall well-being. Program Features: - Engaging Circle Sessions: Foster open dialogue and peer connections in a safe space. - Rap Talk Participation: Share your truth and personal reflections in a non-judgmental environment, blending emotional insight with cultural relevance. **What’s Included:** - Facilitator Guide with lesson plans and activities - Student Workbook with journaling pages and wellness trackers - Brief Presentation outlining the structure and goals - Vision Board activity in Week 6 to help visualize your future Empower yourself with real tools, real space, and real transformation.
