INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED FUSED GLASS – ADVANCED TECHNIQUES/ Martha Downer Tuesdays from 12:30 - 3 PM September 15th - November 10th *NO CLASS 10/13 8 Weeks Class Fee: $305 This class does require previous experience. Students must have taken at least two full session courses and/or have the permission of the instructor. In this class, Students develop new and advanced techniques related glass fusing. Topics to be discussed and demonstrated will be: • Utilizing slumping molds and casting molds • Designing on and with glass • Fire polishing • Project results and presentation. We will complete about 6 projects using fused glass techniques. Most supplies are provided. Participants may provide their own glass, given that it is COE 90. *Please always wear close-toed shoes. Supplies will be discussed the first day, no need to purchase beforehand View the supply list here
