INTRODUCTION TO METALSMITHING & JEWELRYMAKING/ Monika Ruiz Saturdays from 10AM - 1PM September 19th - November 14th 9 Weeks Ages 16+ Class Fee: $275 This class welcomes beginners to explore the fundamentals of metalsmithing through hands-on practice and guised instruction. Each week, participants learn about essential tools, materials, and safety procedures while developing core techniques such as measuring, filing, sawing, and smoldering. Students create original pieces – rings, pendants, and cuffs – and progress toward more advanced designs as their skills grow, gaining confidence and precision in their craft.
