Come join us for Cheer Conditioning at MLK! Detailed Class Description: Cheer conditioning involves targeted exercises and drills that prepare the body for the physical demands of cheerleading, including stunts, tumbling, and jumps. It focuses on building stamina, power, agility, and balance to execute routines safely and effectively. Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation and Aquatics Center When: August 5 - August 26, 2026.
