Brush Sushi in Buckhead Village at 3009 Peachtree Rd NE was one of the first restaurants to bring Edomae-style sushi to Atlanta when it opened in 2016. James Beard-nominated Chef Jason Liang, born in the U.S. and raised in Taiwan, leads both the main dining room and the intimate omakase experience called O by Brush. The restaurant serves lunch Thursday and Friday, brunch on weekends, and dinner nightly, with binchotan-grilled ingredients and nigiri brushed with nikiri shoyu as signatures. Valet parking runs $15 before 5 PM and $20 after, with 2-hour validated garage parking also available.
