This is the coolest underground omakase experience in the city right now. Chef Jorom Paler, also known as “Jorom the Sushi Guy,” has been popping up at Larakin and MidCity for Mikasa omakase. It is a nine-course dinner with fresh fish shipped from Japan weekly. Reservations required. $135 per person.
