This 4-hour Reiki Level 1 certification class is an introduction to the practice of Reiki. Together we explore what Reiki is, how it works, and the history that shaped the tradition. You’ll receive your Level 1 attunement and practice working with the energy through self-treatment and offering Reiki to another person. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a Reiki Level 1 manual, a certificate of completion, and the tools to begin your own Reiki practice.
