Volunteers will restore the native ecosystem of Dearborn Park by removing invasive plant species. Come together as a community to help improve and maintain a park. Your role: Volunteers will assist in the hands-on removal of invasive plants like English Ivy, Privet, Chaff Flower, and Wisteria to help restore the park’s native biodiversity. Join members of FODP as we work to restore the native ecosystem by removing invasive plants like English Ivy, Privet, Chaff Flower, and Wisteria. Organized by Park Pride. Tips: Please wear long sleeves & pants. Bring water and gloves. If you have tools like clippers or garden saws, please bring them, too.
