Cooks & Soldiers is a Basque-inspired restaurant at the corner of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road in West Midtown, nominated for a James Beard Outstanding Hospitality award in 2024. The dinner-only menu features pintxos and shared plates rooted in the Basque Country tradition, with a dedicated vegetarian and gluten-free menu alongside a full dessert program. Their Txikiteo Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 PM with discounted pintxos, drinks, and an exclusive A Fuego Burger available only at the bar and patio. Named Eater Atlanta's Restaurant of the Year in 2015 and a perennial Atlanta Magazine Best 50 pick, the restaurant offers valet parking via the 14th Street entrance.
