About

Mujo is a one Michelin star modern Edomae-style Sushiya led by James Beard nominated Executive Chef J. Trent Harris. Inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e (one time, one meeting), Mujo offers an omakase-only tasting experience with a daily-changing menu reflecting the best seasonal ingredients and fish flown in directly from Japan. Guests can expect small plates followed by seasonal nigiri. A private room (Koshitsu) is available for parties of five or six. Reservation only, released one month in advance.
