Celestia is the newest rooftop cocktail bar in Midtown’s swanky new Ten Twenty Spring building. Chef Fuyuhiko Ito (formerly executive chef at Umi) and his wife Lisa have opened the bar and a rooftop omakase restaurant, Ishin, in the space. A live DJ regularly plays lo-fi house beats here, as you step outside on the deck for sweeping views of the Midtown skyline. Celestia also offers small plates. Reservation required.
